Klaviyo focuses on strong integrations. Within minutes, all relevant shop data can be connected so you can see exactly how much revenue a specific email campaign generated. You can also see when someone placed an order or returned a product.

Built-in customer relationship management (CRM)

Beyond sending emails, Klaviyo offers comprehensive CRM features. A profile is created for each email address, so you can see exactly who bought what, when, and whether the last email was opened. That lets you make email marketing even more personal and build stronger customer relationships.

Advanced segmentation

Only want to contact people who have never placed an order? Let all customers who bought maxi letter boxes last week know their delivery is delayed? No problem with Klaviyo. Segmenting contacts allows you to personalize emails more heavily and reach every customer with more relevant content.

Signup forms directly in Klaviyo

Embedded forms on your shop’s website can be built and served directly from Klaviyo. That saves costs on additional tools and gives you a direct integration with Klaviyo. If the form offers a coupon, for example, it can be disabled for customers who have already redeemed it.

Fixed pricing and no extra costs

Klaviyo uses a transparent pricing model based on the number of contacts. Services like newsletter signup forms, a dedicated IP address, or "Back in Stock" automations come at no additional cost. Klaviyo is also very flexible and can be cancelled monthly.

Together with BB VERPACKUNGEN, we first migrated from Maileon to Klaviyo. Through Klaviyo we then built a direct integration with the shop system. That gave us a clear view of how customers interact with the online shop so we could trigger the right automations.
